Abstract
célula solar. a presente invenção refere-se a prover uma célula solar tendo alta eficiência de conversão fotoelétrica e excelente durabilidade à alta temperatura e à alta umidade. a presente invenção provê uma célula solar, que compreende pelo menos uma camada de conversão fotoelétrica, uma camada transportadora de buracos e um eletrodo positivo, e em que a camada transportadora de buracos está disposta entre a camada de conversão fotoelétrica e o eletrodo positivo; a camada transportadora de buracos contém um polímero contendo um átomo de halogênio e um componente de semicondutor orgânico (1), e o polímero contendo um átomo de halogênio contém um átomo de halogênio e tem uma estrutura em que um grupo de afastamento de elétron é ligado a um heteroátomo. a presente invenção provê também uma célula solar que compreende pelo menos uma camada de conversão fotoelétrica, uma camada transportadora de buracos e um eletrodo positivo, e em que a camada transportadora de buracos está disposta entre a camada de conversão fotoelétrica e o eletrodo positivo; a camada transportadora de buracos contém um componente de semicondutor orgânico (2); e o componente de semicondutor orgânico (2) contém um átomo de halogênio e tem uma estrutura em que um grupo de afastamento de elétron é ligado a um heteroátomo.
