resumo “um eletrodo e seu uso” o pedido se refere a um eletrodo para uso na detecção eletroquímica de uma espécie-alvo, em que o eletrodo tem a superfície plana sobre a qual estão dispostas sondas moleculares que são capazes de se ligar seletivamente à espécie-alvo, em que o eletrodo antes de ligar as sondas moleculares com a espécie-alvo tem uma resistência de transferência de elétron por área do eletrodo entre 10 megaohms cm-2 a 95 megaohms cm-2.
