o objetivo da presente invenção é a provisão de uma célula solar flexível que tem uma camada de conversão fotoelétrica que compreende um composto de perovskita orgânico-inorgânico, e que tem uma excelente resistência à luz e eficiência de conversão fotoelétrica. a presente invenção é uma célula solar flexível que tem uma estrutura na qual uma folha de metal, uma camada de transporte de elétrons, uma camada de conversão fotoelétrica, uma camada de transporte de furo e um eletrodo transparente são empilhados nessa ordem, em que a camada de conversão fotoelétrica contém um composto de perovskita orgânico-inorgânico representado pela fórmula r-m-x3 (na qual r é uma molécula orgânica, m é um átomo de metal e x é um átomo de halogênio ou um átomo de chalcogênio).
