Claims (11)
1. Sustav za pohranu koji sadrži:
okvir (114) koji sadrži mnoštvo stogova (112) spremnika, a gornja razina okvira sadrži tračnice (122) raspoređene u prvoj vodoravnoj ravnini u uzorku mreže iznad vrha stogova (112); tračnice obuhvaćaju prvi skup paralelnih tračnica (122a) i drugi skup paralelnih tračnica (122b) te je drugi skup tračnica (122b) u biti okomit na prvi skup tračnica (122a);
prvi uređaj za rukovanje (150, 250, 750, 950) koji sadrži robotsko vozilo (152, 252, 752, 952) koje sadrži uređaj za podizanje (160, 260, 760, 960) za podizanje mnoštva ne-ciljanih spremnika (110a) iz stoga (112) koji sadrži ciljni spremnik (110b) u jednoj operaciji i bočno pomicanje mnoštva ne-ciljanih spremnika (110a), te robotsko vozilo prvog uređaja za rukovanje sadrži dva kompleta pogonskih kotača (154, 156, 254, 256, 754, 756, 954, 956), te je prvi komplet kotača (154, 254, 754, 954) postavljen tako da ulazi u zahvat s tračnicama (122a) prvog skupa tračnica radi vođenja kretanja prvog uređaja za rukovanje u prvom smjeru (X), drugi komplet kotača (156, 256, 756, 956) postavljen je da ulazi u zahvat s tračnicama (122b) drugog skupa tračnica radi vođenja kretanja prvog uređaja za rukovanje u drugom smjeru (Y);
drugi uređaj za rukovanje (30, 630) koji sadrži robotsko vozilo (32) koje sadrži uređaj za podizanje (40, 640) za podizanje pojedinačnog ciljnog spremnika (110b) iz stoga (112) i bočno pomicanje ciljnog spremnika (110b), te robotsko vozilo (32) drugog uređaja za rukovanje sadrži dva kompleta pogonskih kotača (34, 36, 634, 636), te je prvi komplet kotača (34, 634) postavljen da ulazi u zahvat s tračnicama (122a) prvog skupa tračnica radi vođenja kretanja drugog uređaja za rukovanje u prvom smjeru, a drugi komplet kotača (36, 636) je postavljen da ulazi u zahvat s tračnicama (122b) drugog skupa tračnica radi vođenja kretanja drugog uređaja za rukovanje u drugom smjeru pri čemu:
robotsko vozilo (152, 252, 752, 952) prvog uređaja za rukovanje (150) sadrži otvor (164, 264, 764, 964) kroz koji se može podići mnoštvo ne-ciljanih spremnika (110a), pri čemu je otvor (164,764, 964) postavljen centralno unutar robotskog vozila prvog uređaja za rukovanje (150, 750, 950) ili je otvor (264) otvoren sa strane vozila (252) kako bi se omogućilo da se prvi uređaj za rukovanje teretom ( 250) pomiče bočno od mnoštva ne-ciljanih spremnika (110a) nakon što je mnoštvo ne-ciljanih spremnika (110a) postavljeno na privremeno mjesto;
pri čemu su prvi i drugi uređaj za rukovanje postavljeni iznad okvira (114) i neovisno se mogu pomicati radi pristupa različitim stogovima (112); i
pri čemu prvi uređaj za rukovanje može podići jedan spremnik.
2. Sustav za pohranu prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što sadrži:
tračnice (422) raspoređene u drugoj vodoravnoj ravnini u uzorku mreže iznad vrhova stogova (112), pri čemu se tračnice sastoje od prvog skupa paralelnih tračnica i drugog skupa paralelnih tračnica, pri čemu je drugi skup tračnica okomit na prvi skup tračnica, pri čemu je druga vodoravna ravnina razmaknuta od vrha okvira (114) u okomitom smjeru tako da prva vodoravna ravnina leži između druge vodoravne ravnine i okvira (114), te pri čemu je prvi uređaj za rukovanje (150) pomičan u drugoj vodoravnoj ravnini iznad okvira (114) i drugi uređaj za rukovanje (30) je pomičan u prvoj vodoravnoj ravnini.
3. Sustav za pohranu prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što uređaj za podizanje (160, 260) prvog uređaja za rukovanje (150, 250) sadrži:
par teleskopskih krakova za podizanje (162, 262) postavljenih s obje strane otvora (164, 264), te sustav za pohranu uključuje okomito produžene prostore (168) između stogova (112) spremnika (110) i okvira (114) kako bi krakovi za podizanje između njih obuhvatili veći broj spremnika (110a).
4. Sustav za pohranu prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što uređaj za podizanje (960) prvog uređaja za rukovanje (950) sadrži
šipke ili kabele (880, 980) raspoređene tako da zahvaćaju okomite kanale (874, 974) oblikovane u bočnim stjenkama spremnika (810, 910), pri čemu šipke ili kabeli nose sidreni mehanizam (876, 976) koji je postavljen tako da se odvojivo zahvaća sa spremnikom, pri čemu su kanali otvoreni sa strana spremnika kako bi se omogućilo izvlačenje šipki ili kabela prema van iz kanala kada se podigne mnoštvo spremnika.
5. Sustav za pohranu prema patentnom zahtjevu 3 ili 4, naznačen time što uređaj za podizanje prvog uređaja za rukovanje (950) sadrži
jedan ili više uređaja s kalemom (960) konfiguriranih za produljivanje i uvlačenje šipki ili kabela (980).
6. Sustav za pohranu prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što prvi uređaj za rukovanje (950) sadrži:
potporni okvir (990) predviđen na vrhu prvog vozila za rukovanje (952) za bočno podupiranje mnoštva podignutih spremnika (910) nakon što se mnoštvo podignutih spremnika podigne kroz otvor (964).
7. Sustav za pohranu prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što uređaj za podizanje (40) drugog uređaja za rukovanje (30, 630) sadrži
uređaj dizalice (40, 640), te je uređaj dizalice oslonjen na konzolni krak koji se proteže od robotskog vozila (32), pri čemu robotsko vozilo (32) uključuje prvi i drugi modul vozila (632a, 632b) koji između njih podupiru uređaj dizalice, te uređaj dizalice uključuje uređaj za hvatanje (44, 644) konfiguriran za hvatanje spremnika (110b) odozgo, te je uređaj za hvatanje ovješen na kablove (46, 646) koji se mogu produžiti i uvući s robotskog vozila radi okomitog pomicanja uređaja za hvatanje.
8. Sustav za pohranu prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što robotsko vozilo (752) drugog uređaja za rukovanje (750) ima otvor (764) kroz koji ili u koji se može podići jedan spremnik (110b), te uređaj za podizanje (760) drugog uređaja za rukovanje (750) uključuje par podiznih krakova (762) postavljenih s obje strane otvora, te uključuje uređaj za hvatanje (744) postavljen između krajeva krakova i postavljen tako da odozgo hvata jedan spremnik.
9. Sustav za pohranu prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što okvir (114) sadrži:
uspravne elemente (116) i vodoravne elemente (118, 120) postavljene da štite od bočnog pomicanja stogova (112) i radi vođenja okomitog kretanja spremnika (110).
10. Sustav za pohranu prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što sadrži:
jedno ili više priključnih mjesta (124) na kojima se spremnici (110) mogu ukloniti i/ili dodati u sustav za pohranu, pri čemu je drugi uređaj za rukovanje (30, 630) konfiguriran za transport ciljnog spremnika (110b) iz stoga (112) do priključnog mjesta (124).
11. Sustav za pohranu prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što su spremnici (110) postavljeni tako da se međusobno isprepleću ili međusobno zahvaćaju u okomitom smjeru kada su složeni u stogu (112), te sustav za skladištenje sadrži:
mnoštvo prvih uređaja za rukovanje (150).
