Claims (21)

1. Praškasti sastav na bazi silike za zavarivanje keramike, posebice projekcijom, koji sadrži (a) od 10 do 90 % mase u odnosu na ukupnu masu sastava faze silikatnih čestica koje sadrže najmanje 80 % mase kristobalita i ostatak tridimita u sadržaju ne većem od 20 % mase, poželjno ne više od 17 % mase, u odnosu na ukupnu masu faze silikatnih čestica, b) od 90 do 10 % mase u odnosu na ukupnu masu navedenog sastava konvencionalnih aditiva koji čine vezivnu fazu koja sadrži najmanje jedan od sljedećih elemenata ili spojeva: Al, Si, Mg, Ca, Fe, Cr, Zr, oksidi Al2O3 SiO2, MgO, CaO, Fe2O3, Cr2O3, ZrO2, BaO, SrO, peroksidi CaO2, MgO2, BaO2, SrO2, i, navedene silikatne čestice imaju prosječnu veličinu čestica dobivenih prosijavanjem d50 između 350 i 800 µm, poželjno između 400 i 500 µm.
2. Sastav sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedene silikatne čestice imaju d3 max 1100 µm, poželjno 1000 µm, d3 max je najveći promjer čestica dobivenih prosijavanjem u usporedbi s kojima je 3% izmjerenih čestica veće.
3. Sastav sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da navedene silikatne čestice imaju d3 min150 µm, poželjno 200 µm, a d3 minje minimalni promjer čestica dobivenih prosijavanjem u usporedbi s kojima je 3% čestica manje.
4. Sastav sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedene silikatne čestice imaju sadržaj SiO2 veći ili jednak 97%, poželjno veći ili jednak 98%, još poželjnije veći ili jednak 99 % mase u odnosu na ukupnu masu silikatnih čestica.
5. Sastav sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sadrži od 20 do 85% mase faze silikatnih čestica i od 80 do 15 % mase vezivne faze, u odnosu na ukupnu masu sastava.
6. Sastav sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sadrži od 50 do 85% mase faze silikatnih čestica i od 50 do 15 % mase vezivne faze, u odnosu na ukupnu masu sastava.
7. Sastav sukladno jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da navedena vezivna faza sadrži najmanje jedan od elemenata ili spojeva izabranih iz skupine koja se sastoji od CaO, MgO, xCaO.yMgO gdje x i y predstavljaju masene udjele pri čemu je x + y ≤ 100.
8. Sastav sukladno jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da navedena vezivna faza sadrži barem MgO, proizvoljno iz miješanog oksida xCaO.yMgO gdje x i y predstavljaju masene udjele pri čemu je x + y ≤ 100.
9. Postupak pripreme praškastog sastava na bazi silike za zavarivanje keramike, posebno projekcijom, uključujući korake: a) priprema faze silikatnih čestica koje sadrže najmanje 80 % mase kristobalita i ostatak tridimita u sadržaju ne većem od 20 % mase, poželjno ne više od 17 % mase, u odnosu na ukupnu masu faze silikatnih čestica, b) miješanje navede faze silikatnih čestica s jednim ili više konvencionalnih aditiva koji čine vezivnu fazu u keramičkom zavarivanju, navedena vezivna faza sadrži najmanje jedan od sljedećih elemenata ili spojeva: Al, Si, Mg, Ca, Fe, Cr, Zr, oksidi Al2O3 SiO2, MgO, CaO, Fe2O3, Cr2O3, ZrO2, BaO, SrO, peroksidi CaO2, MgO2, BaO2, SrO2, navedeni korak pripreme navedene faze silikatnih čestica sadrži dovod čestica kvarcnog pijeska iz kamenoloma prosječne veličine čestica dobivenih prosijavanjem d50 između 350 i 800 µm, poželjno između 400 i 500 µm, u rotacijsku pećnicu koja doseže od 1400°C do 1500°C u zoni koja se naziva najtoplijom i kuhanje tijekom unaprijed određenog vremenskog razdoblja s dobivanjem navedene faze silikatnih čestica.
10. Postupak pripreme sukladno zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da navedene čestice kvarcnog pijeska iz kamenoloma imaju d5 max 1100 µm, poželjno 1000 µm, a d5 max je je najveći promjer čestica dobiven prosijavanjem u usporedbi s kojima je 5% izmjerenih čestica veće.
11. Postupak pripreme sukladno zahtjevu 9 ili zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da navedene čestice kvarcnog pijeska iz kamenoloma imaju d5 min 150 µm, poželjno 200 µm, a d5 min je je najmanji promjer čestica dobivenih prosijavanjem u usporedbi s kojima je 5% izmjerenih čestica manje.
12. Postupak pripreme sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačen time da navedene čestice kvarcnog pijeska iz kamenoloma imaju prije kuhanja, udio SiO2 veći ili jednak 97%, poželjno, veći ili jednak 98%, poželjnije veći ili jednak 99%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu čestica kvarcnog pijeska iz kamenoloma.
13. Postupak pripreme sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 12, naznačen time da zona nazvana najtoplijom ima temperaturu veću ili jednaku 1430°C, poželjnije veću ili jednaku 1450°C.
14. Postupak pripreme sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 13, naznačen time da navedene silikatne čestice imaju d3 max 1100 µm, poželjno 1000 µm, d3 max je promjer čestica dobivenih prosijavanjem u usporedbi s kojima je 3% izmjerenih čestica veće.
15. Postupak pripreme sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 14, naznačen time da navedene silikatne čestice imaju d3 min150 µm, poželjno 200 µm, a d3 minje promjer čestica dobivenih prosijavanjem u usporedbi s kojima je 3% čestica manje.
16. Postupak pripreme sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 15, naznačen time da navedene silikatne čestice imaju sadržaj SiO2 veći ili jednak 97%, poželjno veći ili jednak 98%, još poželjnije veći ili jednak 99 % mase u odnosu na ukupnu masu silikatnih čestica.
17. Postupak pripreme sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 16, naznačen time da navedena faza silikatnih čestica sadrži najmanje 80% mase kristobalita i najviše 15% mase tridimita, u odnosu na ukupnu masu faze silikatnih čestica.
18. Postupak pripreme sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 17, naznačen time da se u navedenom koraku miješanja, od 20 do 85% mase faze silikatnih čestica i od 80 do 15% mase vezivne faze, u odnosu na ukupnu masu sastava, dovode u spremnik za miješanje.
19. Postupak pripreme sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 18, naznačen time da se u navedenom koraku miješanja, od 50 do 85% mase faze silikatnih čestica i od 50 do 15% mase vezivne faze, u odnosu na ukupnu masu sastava, dovode u spremnik za miješanje.
20. Postupak pripreme sukladno jednom od zahtjeva 9 do 19, naznačen time da navedena vezivna faza sadrži najmanje jedan od elemenata ili spojeva izabranih iz skupine koja se sastoji od CaO, MgO, xCaO.yMgO gdje x i y predstavljaju masene udjele pri čemu je x + y ≤ 100.
21. Postupak pripreme sukladno jednom od zahtjeva 9 do 20, naznačen time da navedena vezivna faza sadrži barem MgO, proizvoljno iz miješanog oksida xCaO.yMgO gdje x i y predstavljaju masene udjele pri čemu je x + y ≤ 100.
