Claims (15)

1. Postupak za oblaganje primarnih čestica sa sekundarnim česticama korištenjem dvostrukih asimetričnih centrifugalnih sila naznačen time što primarne čestice sadrže najmanje jedan metal odabran iz skupine koja obuhvaća skupinu IVB, skupinu VB, skupinu VIB, skupinu VIIB i skupinu VIII periodnog sustava, ili (b) najmanje jednu keramiku koja sadrži najmanje jedan silicij, cirkonij, aluminij, itrij, cerij ili titan; sekundarne čestice sadrže najmanje jedan metal odabran iz skupine koja obuhvaća skupinu VIII, skupinu IB i skupinu IIIA periodnog sustava, ili njihovu sol; te pri čemu sekundarne čestice imaju bolju kovnost od primarnih čestica.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što u odnosu na (a), najmanje jedan metal obuhvaća jedan metal, smjesu metala, leguru ili njihovu kombinaciju.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što u odnosu na (a), najmanje jedan metal sadrži titan, molibden, volfram, nikal ili željezo.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su primarne čestice uglavnom sferne, nepravilne ili njihova kombinacija.
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što su primarne čestice uglavnom sferne.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 4 ili zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što su primarne čestice uglavnom sferne i imaju prosječni promjer od oko ≤ 2000 µm.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što oblik primarnih čestica ostaje uglavnom nepromijenjen tijekom nanošenja.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sekundarne čestice obuhvaćaju jedan metal, smjesu metala, leguru, sol metala ili njihovu kombinaciju.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sekundarne čestice obuhvaćaju najmanje jedan metal odabran od platine, paladija, rodija, rutenija, iridija, osmija, srebra, zlata, kobalta, bakra, nikla, željeza ili aluminija.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je prevlaka sekundarnih čestica na primarnim česticama u obliku filma ili u obliku diskretnih čestica.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što medij za mljevenje potpomaže oblaganje primarnih čestica sa sekundarnim česticama.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se dvostruke asimetrične centrifugalne sile primjenjuju neprekidno ili u isprekidanom periodu od 1 sekunde do 10 minuta.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što brzina dvostrukih asimetričnih centrifugalnih sila iznosi od 200 okr/min do 3000 okr/min.
14. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što kada sekundarne čestice sadrže najmanje jednu sol metala i pri čemu se obložene čestice dalje obrađuju toplinskim i/ili kemijskim sredstvima.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži korake: (a) sabijanje obloženih čestica; i (b) oblikovanje legure ili cermeta iz njih.
