Abstract
Description
従来の自立MCrAlYコーティングの固有高温強度と本発明の固有高温強度を比較するために、従来の自立MCrAlYコーティングを調製した。
従来のMCrAlYコーティングの別の自立コーティングを生成するためのプロセスは、比較実施例1に記載のプロセスと同じであった。結果として生じた自立コーティングの組成は、重量パーセントでNi−24%Co−19.5%Cr−10.5%Al−0.3%Yであった。

- 約5〜15重量%のコバルト、約5〜10重量%のクロム、約5〜10重量%のアルミニウム、0〜約6重量%のモリブデン、0〜約6重量%のタングステン、0〜約6重量%のタンタル、0〜約6重量%のレニウム、0〜約2重量%のチタン、0〜約1重量%のジルコニウム、0〜約1重量%のハフニウム、0〜約1重量%のイットリウム、0〜約1重量%のケイ素、0〜約0.2重量%の炭素、0〜約0.03重量%のホウ素、及び残部ニッケルを含むニッケル系金属電気めっき組成物を含む電気めっきコーティングであって、
前記組成物が、ガンマニッケル固溶体相マトリックス(γ−Niマトリックス)及び前記γ−Niマトリックス中に分布しているガンマプライムニッケルアルミナイド相(γ’−Ni3Al相)によって少なくとも部分的に規定される多相微細構造を特徴とし、
前記γ’−Ni3Al相が、少なくとも約40体積%であるが、約90体積%を超えない量で含有され、それにより、MCrAlYマトリックスを有するコーティングと比較して使用温度でのより高い最大引張強度をもたらし、
