Claims (12)
1. Uređaj za pripremu napitka (1) koji sadrži cilindričnu komoru (9) sa
- plaštem (23) opremljenim otvorom za punjenje (26) za prihvat praškaste ili zrnate tvari i otvorom za izbacivanje (36) za izbacivanje tvari,
- prvim i drugim kompresijskim elementom (22; 23b, 32), postavljenim okomito u odnosu na uzdužnu os (37) komore (9),
- pomičnim članom (2, 4, 5, 13) za relativni pomak prvog elementa kompresije (22) u odnosu na plašt (23) između položaja punjenja, položaja kompresije i izbacivanja, pri čemu kompresijski elementi ( 22; 23b, 32) u položaju punjenja ograničavaju volumen punjenja, a kompresijski elementi (22; 23b, 32) u položaju kompresije ograničavaju volumen pripreme smješten u uzdužnoj osi (27) i na udaljenosti od volumena punjenja, pri čemu prvi kompresijski element (22) fluidno nepropusno zahvaća unutarnji zid (31) plašt (23) i
- kanalom za dovod tekućine (14) i kanal za ispuštanje tekućine (3) koji je u položaju kompresije u fluidnom spoju s volumenom pripravka,
pri čemu
- drugi kompresijski element (23b, 32) je fiksno povezan s plaštem (23), te da je jedan element za izbacivanje (10) koji se može pomicati duž uzdužne osi (37) u odnosu na drugi kompresijski element (23b, 32) uređen u komori (35), koji je element za izbacivanje (10) fiksno povezan s osovinom (8) koja ulazi kroz drugi kompresijski element (23b, 32) preko brtve osovine (17) smještene u drugom kompresijskom elementu (23b, 32), pri čemu je prisutna fluidna komunikacija između bočne stranice za izbacivanje (10) okrenute prema prvom kompresijskom elementu (22) i stranice okrenute prema drugom kompresijskom elementu (23b, 32) elementa za izbacivanje (10), ovdje je opseg elementa za izbacivanje (10) smješten na određenoj udaljenosti od unutarnje stijenke (31) komore proizvoda (9) na takav način da je moguć slobodan transport tekućine između opsega elementa za izbacivanje (10) i unutrašnji zid (31) komore proizvoda (9),
- pri čemu je u položaju kompresije element za izbacivanje (10) smješten blizu ili uz drugi kompresijski element (23b, 32) i
- u položaju za izbacivanje, element za izbacivanje (10) je smješten na udaljenosti od drugog kompresijskog elementa (23b, 32), blizu ili izvan otvora za izbacivanje (36), pri čemu je kanal za dovod tekućine (14) smješten u drugi kompresijski element (23b, 32), naznačen time što se kanal za dovod tekućine (14) prazni u komori (35) preko kompresijske površine (23a) drugog kompresijskog elementa (23b, 32) kako bi se omogućilo ispiranje komore (35) pomoću vode koja se izbacuje iz kanala za dovod tekućine (14) u položaju za izbacivanje, voda se pušta iz komore (35) pored elementa za izbacivanje (10).
2. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što element za izbacivanje (10) sadrži sito.
3. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je kanal za dovod tekućine (14) povezan s dovodnim otvorom u drugom kompresijskom elementu (23b, 32), a kanal za ispuštanje tekućine (3) pruža se u aksijalnom smjeru do kroz prvi kompresijski element (22).
4. Uređaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što komora (9) može pomicati pomični član (2, 4, 5, 13) do i iz prvog kompresijskog elementa (22) koji je smješten u fiksno.
5. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što je komora (9) opremljena izbočinom za spajanje s elementom za izbacivanje (10) i njenim osnim pomakom kada pomakne komoru (9) iz kompresijskog položaja u položaj za izbacivanje.
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 ili 5, naznačen time, da se komora može pomicati duž aksijalnih vodilica (2).
7. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je osovina (8) na kraju odvojivo povezana s dijelom (7a) kućišta (25) uređaja, pri čemu osovina (8) ima takav duljine koja se kod pomicanja komore (9) u položaju za izbacivanje, element za izbacivanje (10) nalazi u blizini otvora za izbacivanje (36), a kod pomicanja komore (9) iz položaja za punjenje u položaj za pripremu elementa za izbacivanje (10) uzima se uz drugi kompresijski element (23b, 32), pri čemu je prekinut odvojivi spoj (7, 7a).
8. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što je odvojivi spoj (7, 7a) osovine s dijelom kućišta uređaja (25) oblikovan magnetskom vezom.
9. Uređaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je grijaći element postavljen oko komore (9).
10. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što se kanal za dovod tekućine (14) prazni u distribucijskom volumenu (28) iza razvodne ploče (23b) koja je opremljena otvorima za ispuštanje (24) raspoređenim na njoj za opskrbu tijekom uporabe, vrućom vodom kroz opskrbljivač vrućom vodom kroz distribucijski volumen (28) u komoru (9).
11. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što u položaju za punjenje kompresijski elementi (22; 23b, 32) ograničavaju volumen punjenja prvim kompresijskim elementom (22) koji brtve sa elementa za izbacivanje (36), a ne zatvaraju otvor za punjenje (26).

Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što element za izbacivanje (12) sadrži sito i gdje, kad je element za izbacivanje u položaju za izbacivanje, razmak od sita do drugog kompresijskog elementa (23b, 32) duž uzdužne osi ( 37) je veći od udaljenosti drugog kompresijskog elementa (23b, 32) do otvora za izbacivanje duž uzdužne osi (37).
