Claims (11)
1. Uporaba geopolimernog kompozita dobivenog iz geopolimera i koji sadrži aditiv koji ne prenosi infracrveno zračenje, naznačena time što je za smanjenje toplinske vodljivosti pjene koja sadrži vinil aromatski polimer (smanjenje se mjeri prema ISO 8301).
2. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što aditiv koji ne prenosi infracrveno zračenje obuhvaća jedan ili više odabranih iz skupine koju čine
a. čađa, naftni koks, grafitna čađa, grafitni oksidi, grafit i grafen i
b. titanijevi oksidi, barijev sulfat, ilmenit, rutili, šamot, leteći pepeo, pirogeni silicij, mineral hidromagnezit/huntit i mineral s perovskitnom strukturom,
poželjno pri čemu je aditiv koji ne prenosi infracrveno zračenje jedan ili više aditiva koji ne prenose infracrveno zračenje na bazi ugljika odabranih iz skupine koju čine sredstva za absorbiranje topline i sredstva za reflektiranje topline,
naročito pri čemu je aditiv koji ne prenosi infracrveno zračenje čađa, grafit ili njihova smjesa.
3. Postupak za proizvodnju ekspandirajućeg granulata vinil aromatskog polimera postupkom ekstruzije ili suspenzije, naznačen time što postupak obuhvaća dodavanje geopolimernog kompozita dobivenog iz geopolimera i koji sadrži aditiv koji ne prenosi infracrveno zračenje.
4. Granulat ekspandirajućeg vinil aromatskog polimera naznačen time što sadrži vinil aromatski polimer, jedan ili više potisnih plinova, te geopolimerni kompozit dobiven iz geopolimera i koji sadrži aditiv koji ne prenosi infracrveno zračenje.
5. Granulat vinil aromatskog polimera prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što se može dobiti prema postupku iz zahtjeva 3.
6. Ekspandirana vinil polimerna pjena, naznačena time što sadrži vinil aromatski polimer i geopolimerni kompozit dobiven iz geopolimera i koji sadrži aditiv koji ne prenosi infracrveno zračenje, te pjena ima
- gustoću od 8 do 30 kg/m3, i
- toplinsku vodljivost (izmjerenu prema ISO 8301) od 25 do 35 mW/K·m.
7. Ekspandirana vinil polimerna pjena prema zahtjevu 6, naznačena time što se pjena može dobiti ekspandiranjem granulata prema zahtjevu 4 ili zahtjevu 5.
8. Glavna smjesa naznačena time što sadrži vinil aromatski polimer, te geopolimerni kompozit dobiven iz geopolimera i koji sadrži aditiv koji ne prenosi infracrveno zračenje, pri čemu je količina geopolimernog kompozita u rasponu od 10 do 70 mas. %, bazirano na masi glavne smjese.
9. Glavna smjesa prema zahtjevu 8 naznačena time što je količina u rasponu od 10 do 65 mas. %, bazirano na masi glavne smjese,
poželjno pri čemu je količina u rasponu od 20 do 60 mas. %,
poželjnije pri čemu je količina u rasponu od 25 do 55 mas. %.
10. Glavna smjesa prema zahtjevu 8 ili zahtjevu 9 naznačena time što vinil aromatski polimer ima indeks topljenja u rasponu od 4 do 30 g/10 min, mjereno prema ISO 1133, poželjno pri čemu vinil aromatski polimer je homopolimer ili kopolimer s p-tert butil stirenom ili alfa-metil stirenom.
11. Glavna smjesa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 10, naznačena time što nadalje sadrži jedan ili više silana (poželjno odabranih od aminopropiltrietoksisilana, aminopropiltrimetoksisilana i feniltrietoksisilana), poželjno pri čemu je količina silana u rasponu od 0.01 do 1 mas. %, bazirano na odgovarajućoj masi a. ili b. u glavnoj smjesi.
