Claims (15)

1. Ekspandirani polimerni materijal dobiven od polimernog materijala koji se može ekspandirati, a koji se sastoji od najmanje 300 phr, poželjno od najmanje 400 phr, ali manje od 1000 phr, poželjno manje od 850 phr, naročito poželjno manje od 700 phr sastojaka ukupno, koji sadrži ukupno 100 phr od barem dva polimera, naznačen time da je: a) najmanje 55 phr, poželjno najmanje 65 phr poli(vinil-klorid) (PVC) ili kopolimer vinil-klorida ili terpolimer vinil-klorida ili njihova smjesa i b) najmanje 15 phr, poželjno najmanje 25 phr barem jedan dodatni klorirani organski polimer i najmanje 80 phr, poželjno manje od 120 phr, naročito poželjno najmanje 160 phr od bar jednog anorganskog punila, bar jedan dodatni klorirani organski polimer je sumporno umrežen i/ili je umrežen s metalnim oksidima i/ili s tiadiazolima.
2. Materijal prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time da se kopolimer vinil-klorida i/ili terpolimer vinil-klorida sastoje od acetatnih ili akrilatnih grupa.
3. Materijal prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 naznačen time da je terpolimer vinil-klorida terpolimer vinil-klorid-etilen-vinil-acetata (PVC/EVA terpolimer).
4. Materijal prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time da je dodatni klorirani organski polimer polikloropren (CR) i/ili klorsulfonirani polietilen (CSM) i/ili klor-butilni kaučuk (CIIR), poželjno polikloropren (CR).
5. Materijal prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 4 naznačen time da sadrži najmanje 3 phr, poželjno najmanje 5 phr polibutadiena.
6. Materijal prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 5 naznačen time da sadrži bar jedan plastifikator koji je prisutan u formulaciji s najmanje 15 phr, poželjno s bar 30 phr, naročito poželjno s bar 50 phr.
7. Materijal prema patentnom zahtjevu 6 naznačen time da je bar jedan plastifikator klorirani plastifikator kao npr. klorirani parafin i/ili glicerin supstitutiran kloriranom masnom kiselinom i/ili klorirani alfa-olefin, poželjno klorirani plastifikator koji sadrži najmanje 20 g klora na 100 g kloriranog plastifikatora, poželjno najmanje 30 g klora na 100 g kloriranog plastifikatora, naročito poželjno 45 g klora na 100 g kloriranog plastifikatora, u skladu s DIN53474, naročito poželjno dugački lanac kloriranog plastifikatora s minimalnom dužinom lanca C > 17.
8. Materijal prema patentnom zahtjevu 6 naznačen time da je bar jedan plastifikator fosfatni plastifikator, poželjno ester fosforne kiseline, naročito poželjno difenil-2-etilheksilfosfat (DPO).
9. Materijal prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 8 naznačen time da sadrži najmanje 10 phr, poželjno 20 phr, naročito poželjno 30 phr bar jednog kloriranog retardanata (usporivača plamena), poželjno dugi lanac kloriranog parafina koji je u krutom stanju pri sobnoj temperaturi odnosno pri temperaturi između 19°i 23°C i koji sadrži 60 g klora na 100 g kloriranog retardanta (usporivača plamena) u skladu s DIN 53474.
10. Materijal prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 9 naznačen time da je anorgansko punilo metalne i/ili polumetalne halkogene prirode, poželjna su anorganska punila koja oslobađaju vodu i/ili ugljični dioksid i/ili ugljični monoksid pri temperaturama višim od 180°C, naročito poželjni su aluminijev hidroksid, magnezijev hidroksid, huntit i/ili hidromagnezit.
11. Materijal prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 10 naznačen time da sadrži bar jedno sinergističko sredstvo za klorirane retardante (usporivače plamena) i/ili klorirane plastifikatore i/ili klorirane polimere, poželjno antimon trioksid ili cinkov borat ili njihovu smjesu.
12. Materijal prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 11 naznačen time da je ekspandiran do gustoće manje od 80 kg/m3, poželjno manje od 60 kg/m3, naročito poželjno manje od 50 kg/m3 u skladu s DIN EN ISO 845.
13. Materijal prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 12 naznačen time da ima zatvorenu staničnu strukturu, određen apsorpcijom vode u vakuumu od < 10,0%, poželjno < 5,0%, naročito poželjno < 2,5% u skladu s ASTM D 1056.
14. Postupak za izradu materijala prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 13 naznačen time da je polimerni materijal ekspandiran razgradnjom kemijskog pjenila, poželjno tipa nitrozo, tipa azo i/ili tipa aromatskog hidrazida, naročito poželjno azodikarbonamida.
15. Upotreba materijala prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14 naznačena time da služi za toplinsku i/ili zvučnu izolaciju.
