Claims (15)
1. Postupak dobivanja nalmefen hidroklorida iz vodene smjese koja sadrži nalmefen hidroklorid i naltrekson, taj postupak obuhvaća korak izoliranja nalmefen hidroklorida iz vodene suspenzije koja sadrži naltrekson bisulfit adukt i kruti nalmefen hidroklorid.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je ta vodena smjesa vodena otopina.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-2 koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake;
(b) koncentriranje vodene smjese;
(c) miješanje vodene smjese s bisulfitnom soli ili prikladnom soli koja daje bisulfitni anion u vodenom mediju,
gdje se koraci (b) i (c) mogu provesti istodobno i/ili uzastopno bilo kojim redom,
(d) hlađenje smjese dobivene iz koraka (b) i (c),
(e) izoliranje krutine iz smjese dobivene u koraku (d),
radi dobivanja nalmefen hidroklorida.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, gdje se koraci (b) i (c) provode istodobno.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, gdje se koraci (b) i (c) provode uzastopno tako da se počne s korakom (c) te slijedi korak (b).
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, gdje se koraci (b) i (c) provode uzastopno tako da se počne s korakom (b) te slijedi korak (c).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-6, koji obuhvaća početni korak (a) koji se provodi prije koraka (b) i (c);
(a) ekstrahiranje vodene smjese organskim otapalom nakon čega slijedi izoliranje vodenog sloja, gdje vodena smjesa iz koraka (b) ili (c) sadrži vodeni sloj izoliran iz koraka (a).
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, gdje je organsko otapalo u koraku (a) diklorometan.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-8, gdje se koncentriranje u koraku (b) provodi vakuumskom destilacijom.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-9, gdje je bisulfitna sol u koraku (c) natrijev bisulfit.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-10 za kojim slijedi korak;
(f) ispiranje krutine dobivene u koraku (e) s jednim ili više prikladnih organskih otapala.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-11, gdje ta vodena smjesa koja sadrži nalmefen hidroklorid i naltrekson, sadrži ishodišnu tekućinu dobivenu iz postupka pripreme nalmefen hidroklorid dihidrata.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-11, gdje ta vodena smjesa koja sadrži nalmefen hidroklorid i naltrekson, sadrži ishodišnu tekućinu dobivenu iz postupka pripreme nalmefen hidroklorid monohidrata.
14. Postupak pripreme nalmefen hidroklorid dihidrata ili nalmefen hidroklorid monohidrata, gdje taj postupak obuhvaća dobivanje nalmefen hidroklorida postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-13.
