Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la recuperación de clorhidrato de nalmefeno a partir de una composición acuosa que contiene clorhidrato de nalmefeno y naltrexona, comprendiendo dicho proceso el paso de aislar clorhidrato de nalmefeno a partir de una suspensión acuosa que comprende aducto de bisulfito de naltrexona y clorhidrato de nalmefeno sólido. Reivindicación 2: El proceso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha composición acuosa es una solución acuosa. Reivindicación 3: Un proceso de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 2 que comprende los pasos siguientes; (b) concentrar la composición acuosa; (c) mezclar la composición acuosa con una sal de bisulfito o con una sal adecuada generando el anión de bisulfito en un medio acuoso, en el que los pasos (b) y (c) se pueden llevar a cabo en forma simultánea y/o consecutiva en cualquier orden, (d) enfriar la mezcla obtenida de los pasos (b) y (c), (e) aislar el sólido de la mezcla obtenida en el paso (d), para obtener clorhidrato de nalmefeno.
