Claims (19)
1. Zabrtvljeni i toplinski izolirani spremnik (71) smješten u nosivu konstrukciju (72), uključujući:
sekundarnu toplinsku izolaciju (1), koja obuhvaća više poredanih sekundarnih izolacijskih blokova (28) na nosivoj konstrukciji (3), sekundarnu brtvu (6), koja obuhvaća više zabrtvljenih sekundarnih metalnih ploča (25), raspoređenih na sekundarnim izolacijskim blokovima (28) i međusobno zavarenih, primarnu toplinsku izolaciju (2), koja obuhvaća više poredanih primarnih izolacijskih blokova (29) na sekundarnoj brtvi (6), primarnu brtvu (7), koja obuhvaća više zabrtvljenih primarnih metalnih ploča (25a), raspoređenih na primarnim izolacijskim blokovima (29) i međusobno zavarenih, sekundarne mehaničke spojne elemente (32, 41) koji se protežu kroz sekundarnu toplinsku izolaciju na razini rubova sekundarnih izolacijskih blokova (28) i podupiru sekundarne izolacijske blokove na nosivoj konstrukciji (3), i primarne mehaničke spojne elemente (33, 42) koji se protežu kroz primarnu toplinsku izolaciju na razini rubova primarnih izolacijskih blokova (29) i podupiru primarne izolacijske blokove na sekundarnoj brtvi (6), pri čemu su primarne metalne ploče (25a), odnosno sekundarne metalne ploče (25), postavljene tako da su rubovi metalne ploče pomaknuti u odnosu na donje rubove primarnih izolacijskih blokova (29), odnosno sekundarnih izolacijskih blokova (28);
naznačen time, da su primarne metalne ploče (25a), odnosno sekundarne metalne ploče (25), poduprte na primarnim izolacijskim blokovima (29), odnosno sekundarnim izolacijskim blokovima (28), samo primarnim mehaničkim spojnim elementima (33, 42), odnosno sekundarnim mehaničkim spojnim elementima (32, 41), i
da su primarni mehanički spojni elementi (33, 42), odnosno sekundarni mehanički spojni elementi (32, 41), pričvršćeni na primarne metalne ploče (25a), odnosno sekundarne metalne ploče (25), na razini pričvrsnih točki (11, 24, 31) udaljenih od rubova primarnih metalnih ploča, odnosno sekundarnih metalnih ploča.
2. Spremnik u skladu sa zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da primarne metalne ploče (25a), odnosno sekundarne metalne ploče (25), imaju oblik konture istovjetan obliku konture osnovnih primarnih izolacijskih blokova (29), odnosno sekundarnih izolacijskih blokova (28).
3. Spremnik u skladu sa zahtjevom 2, naznačen time da je navedeni oblik konture u svakom slučaju pravokutan.
4. Spremnik u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da su primarne metalne ploče (25a), odnosno sekundarne metalne ploče (25), sačinjene od tankog lima oblikovanog tako da sadrže, u dva međusobno okomita pravca, rebra (8), koja su izbočena u smjeru nosive konstrukcije (3), primarni izolacijski blokovi, odnosno sekundarni izolacijski blokovi obuhvaćaju utore (5) za smještaj spomenutih rebara.
5. Spremnik u skladu sa zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da su rebra (8), primarne metalne ploče, odnosno sekundarne metalne ploče, na jednakom razmaku u oba smjera.
6. Spremnik u skladu sa zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da su razmaci između dva uzastopna rebra (8) u oba pravca rebara primarne metalne ploče, odnosno sekundarne metalne ploče, jednaki, tako da omeđuju dva zabrtvljena područja između rebrara (40) pravokutnog oblika, okomito gledano u odnosu na nosivu konstrukciju (3).
7. Spremnik u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 4 do 6, naznačen time, da se primarni mehanički spojni element (33, 42), odnosno sekundarni mehanički spojni element (32, 41), oslanja na primarnu brtvu (7), odnosno sekundarnu brtvu (6), na ravnom području (40) koje se nalazi između rebara (8) navedene brtve, pod pravim kutem.
8. Spremnik u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 4 do 7, naznačen time, da su utori (5), koji primaju rebra (8) primarnih zabrtvljenih ploča (25a) i sekundarnih zabrtvljenih ploča (25) odgovarajućeg poprečnog presjeka u obliku slova U ili V, otvori utora prilagođeni su obliku poprečnog presjeka rebara.
9. Spremnik u skladu sa zahtjevom 8, naznačen time da je poprečni presjek utora (5) u obliku slova V, čiji krakovi između sebe tvore kut jednak ili veći od 90 °.
10. Spremnik u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 4 do 9, naznačen time, da je utor primarnog izolacijskog bloka (29), odnosno sekundarnog izolacijskog bloka (28), svaki put odijeljen podloškama (9) umetnutima u utor (5) širim od utora, podloške ostavljaju prolaze (10) u navedenom utoru između primarnog izolacijskog bloka, odnosno sekundarnog izolacijskog bloka i rebra (8) primarne zabrtvljene ploče (25a), odnosno sekundarne zabrtvljene ploče (25) , smještenog u spomenutom utoru.
11. Spremnik u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time, da primarni mehanički spojni element (33, 42), odnosno sekundarni mehanički spojni element (32, 41), obuhvaća ploču (18) koja distribuira sile na primarnu zabrtvljenu pregradu, odnosno sekundarnu zabrtvljenu pregradu, i primarna sredstva za prijenos sile (27, 33a), odnosno sekundarna sredstva za prijenos sile (14, 32a) spojena su na navedenu ploču, sredstva za prijenos sile (14, 32a) sekundarnog mehaničkog spojnog elementa (32, 41) spojena su na nosivu konstrukciju (3).
12. Spremnik u skladu sa zahtjevom 11, naznačen time, da su sredstva za prijenos sile (27) primarnog mehaničkog spojnog elementa (42) spojena na sekundarni mehanički spojni element (41) koji je koaksijalan sa primarnim mehaničkim spojnim elementom (42).
13. Spremnik u skladu sa zahtjevom 11, naznačen time, da su sredstva za prijenos sile (33a) primarnog mehaničkog spojnog elementa (33) spojena na sekundarni izolacijski blok (28) na udaljenosti od rubova sekundarnog izolacijskog bloka, sekundarni mehanički spojni element (32) povezan sa spomenutim sekundarnim izolacijskim blokom odmaknut je u odnosu na navedeni primarni mehanički spojni element (33).
14. 15. Spremnik u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time, da su primarni izolacijski blokovi (29), odnosno sekundarni izolacijski blokovi (28), odrezani na kutevima (13) spomenutih primarnih izolacijskih blokova, odnosno spomenutih sekundarnih izolacijskih blokova, odrezani kutevi četiriju susjednih primarnih izolacijskih blokova, odnosno sekundarnih izolacijskih blokova, svaki put definiraju kućište koje omogućuje primarnom mehaničkom spojnom elementu (33, 42), odnosno sekundarnom mehaničkom spojnom elementu (32, 41 ), da prođe kroz njega.
16. Spremnik u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time, da se primarni izolacijski blok (29), odnosno sekundarni izolacijski blok (28), sastoje od sloja izolacijske pjene (1a, 2a) flankirane na svoje dvije veće strane šperpločom (1b, 1c, 2b, 2c).
17. Brod (70) za transport hladnog tekućeg proizvoda, brod uključuje dvostruku oplatu (72) i spremnik (71) u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1 do 16 smješten u dvostruku oplatu.
18. Upotreba broda (70) u skladu sa zahtjevom 17, pri čemu se hladan tekući proizvod usmjerava kroz izolirane cijevi (73, 79, 76, 81) iz ili prema plutajućem ili kopnenom postrojenju za pohranu (77), prema ili iz spremnika broda (71) kako bi se izvršio utovar ili istovar broda.
