Claims (17)
1. Zabrtvljeni i toplinsko izolirani spremnik ugrađen u nosivu konstrukciju (1) za smještanje tekućine, pri čemu jedna stijenka spremnika obuhvaća:
nosivu stijenku (2, 3) nosive konstrukcije,
višeslojna konstrukcija obuhvaća vodonepropusnu pregradu (5, 105, 205), i toplinsko izoliranu pregradu (4, 104) koja je postavljena između vodonepropusne pregrade i nosive stijenke, toplinski izolirana pregrada obuhvaća poredane termoizolacijske elemente (10, 110, 210), termoizolacijski element uključuje:
termoizolacijsku oblogu postavljenu u obliku sloja paralelno sa nosivom stijenkom,
nosive elemente (12, 112, 212) koji se uzdižu kroz sloj termoizolacijske obloge za preuzimanje tlačnih opterećenja, i
pokrovnu ploču (11, 111, 211) postavljenu na nosivim elementima koja ima potpornu površinu (16) paralelnu sa nosivom stijenkom za podupiranje vodonepropusne pregrade te šipke za držanje (22, 122, 222) koje su pričvršćene na nosivu stijenku između termoizolacijskih elemenata i pružaju se prema sloju višeslojne konstrukcije za držanje višeslojne konstrukcije na nosivoj stijenci, pri čemu su traverze (30, 130, 230) pričvršćene na šipkama za držanje (22, 122, 222), tako da se u svakom slučaju traverza proteže između dvije šipke za držanje na granici između dva termoizolacijska elementa

2. Spremnik prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu sidrena ploča (33, 133) viri na svakoj strani traverze (30, 130), paralelno sa nosivom stijenkom tako da surađuje sa pokrovnim pločama (11, 111) dvaju termoizolacijskih elemenata između kojih je traverza postavljena.
3. Spremnik prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu je sidrena ploča (33, 133) postavljena na pola puta između dvije šipke za držanje (22, 122), na koje je pričvršćena traverza.
4. Spremnik prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, pri čemu vodonepropusna pregrada (5, 105) obuhvaća metalnu membranu koja ima nabore i ravne dijelove pozicionirane između nabora, sidrene ploče (33, 133) izrađene su od metala, metalna membrana zavarena je na sidrene ploče na ravnim dijelovima.
5. Spremnik prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, pri čemu su šipke za držanje (222) postavljene na način da tvore više paralelnih redova na nosivoj stijenci, i pri čemu traverze (230), koje se pružaju između šipki za držanje jednog reda nose izduženi nosač za zavarivanje (41) koji viri pod pravim kutem na nosivu stijenku između pokrovnih ploča (211) termoizolacijskih elemenata (210) susjednih redu šipki za držanje, i pri čemu vodonepropusna pregrada (205) obuhvaća metalnu membranu koja je načinjena od čelika s niskim koeficijentom rastezanja koja je izvedena od ravnih limenih traka (42) postavljenih na pokrovne ploče (211) termoizolacijskih elemenata, i imaju rubove (43) koji su okrenuti prema unutrašnjosti spremnika, okrenuti rubovi limenih traka zavareni su kontinuirano na izdužene nosače za zavarivanje kako bi formirali savitljiva ojačanja koja se mogu deformirati u smjeru poprečno na izdužene nosače za zavarivanje.

7. Spremnik prema zahtjevu 6, pri čemu sekundarna izolacijska pregrada (4, 5) obuhvaća poredane sekundarne termoizolacijske elemente (10), sekundarni termoizolacijski element, obuhvaća:
termoizolacijsku oblogu postavljenu u obliku sloja paralelno sa nosivom stijenkom, i
nosive elemente (12) koji se uzdižu kroz sloj termoizolacijske obloge za preuzimanje tlačnih opterećenja, i
pokrovna ploča (11) postavljena na nosivim elementima ima nosivu površinu (16) paralelnu sa nosivom stijenkom za podupiranje sekundarne vodonepropusne pregrade,
i pri čemu se šipke za držanje (22) pričvršćene na nosivu stijenku(2, 3) pružaju između sekundarnih termoizolacijskih elemenata (10) prema sloju druge višeslojne konstrukcije kako bi podupirale također drugu višeslojnu konstrukciju na nosivoj stijenci,
pri čemu su sekundarne traverze (30) pričvršćene na šipkama za držanje, tako da se u svakom slučaju sekundarna traverza proteže između dvije šipke za držanje na granici između dva sekundarna termoizolacijska elementa (10)
pokrovne ploče (11) sekundarnih termoizolacijskih elemenata spojene su na sekundarne traverze (30), tako da se drže za nosivu stijenku pomoću sekundarnih traverzi,
i sekundarna vodonepropusna pregrada (5) spojena je na sekundarne traverze (30), tako da se drže za pokrovne ploče sekundarnih termoizolacijskih elemenata pomoću sekundarnih traverzi,
sekundarna vodonepropusna pregrada (5) ima šipke za držanje (22, 122) pričvršćene na nosivu stijenku prolazeći kroz nju i ima vodonepropusne spojeve oko šipki za držanje.
8. Spremnik prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, pri čemu višeslojna konstrukcija (4, 5) tvori sekundarnu pregradu spremnika, stijenka spremnika nadalje obuhvaća drugu višeslojnu konstrukciju postavljenu na prvoj višeslojnoj konstrukciji (4, 5) nasuprot nosivoj stijenci, druga višeslojna konstrukcija obuhvaća primarnu vodonepropusnu pregradu (105) i primarnu termoizolacijsku pregradu (106) koja je smještena između primarne vodonepropusne pregrade i sekundarne vodonepropusne pregrade.
9. Spremnik prema zahtjevu 7 ili 8, pri čemu je sekundarna vodonepropusna pregrada (5) izrađena od kompozitnog materijala obuhvaćajući metalnu foliju i sloj staklene vune vezan na metalnu foliju putem polimernih smola.
10. Spremnik prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, pri čemu šipka za držanje (22, 122, 222) nosi spojnik traverze (25, 125) koji je postavljen na razini nižoj od pokrovne ploče (11, 111, 211) termoizolacijskih elemenata, spojnik traverze obuhvaća više kopči postavljenih oko šipke za držanje za suradnju sa komplementarnim kopčama, koje su postavljene na krajevima traverzi (30, 130, 230).
11. Spremnik prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, pri čemu nosivi elementi (12, 112, 212) obuhvaćaju podupirače, manjeg presjeka u usporedbi sa dimenzijama termoizolacijskog elementa.
12. Spremnik prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, pri čemu termoizolacijska obloga sadrži fleksibilnu izolacijsku tvar.
13. Spremnik prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 12, pri čemu su nosivi elementi (12, 112, 212) i pokrovna ploča (11, 111, 211) termoizolacijskog elementa izrađeni od drva.
14. Spremnik prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, pri čemu je nosiva konstrukcija (1) izrađena na temeljima koji su učvršćeni na kopnenom ili podvodnom tlu.
15. Brod za prijevoz hladnog tekućeg proizvoda, brod obuhvaća dvostruku oplatu trupa i spremnik prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, koji je smješten u dvostrukoj oplati trupa, dvostruka oplata trupa formira nosivu konstrukciju spremnika.
16. Postupak korištenja broda prema zahtjevu 15, u kome se prenošenje hladnog tekućeg proizvoda izvodi putem izoliranih cijevi iz ili prema plutajućem ili kopnenom objektu za skladištenje prema ili iz spremnika broda pri utovaru ili istovaru broda.
17. Sustav za prijenos hladnog tekućeg proizvoda, sustav obuhvaća brod prema zahtjevu 15, izolirane cijevi oblikovane za spajanje spremnika ugrađenog u trupu broda, sa plutajućim ili kopnenim objektom za skladištenje i pumpu za protok hladnog tekućeg proizvoda kroz izolirane cijevi iz ili prema plutajućem ili kopnenom objektu za skladištenje prema ili iz spremnika broda.
