Postupak za pretvaranje ugljičnog dioksida CO2 u ugljični monoksid CO, koji sadrži slijedeće korake: razgradnja ugljikovodika koji sadrži fluid na ugljik i vodik u pretvaraču za ugljikovodike uz dovođenje energije, koja bar djelomično predstavlja toplinu, pri čemu ugljik i vodik poslije razgradnje imaju temperaturu od najmanje 200°C; odvođenje bar dijela ugljika dobijenog razgradnjom iz pretvarača za ugljikovodike u pretvarač za CO2; dovođenje CO2 iz termoelektrane ili nekog drugog industrijskog postupka u pretvarač za CO2; miješanje plina CO2 bar sa dijelom ugljika dobijenog razgradnjom, pri čemu se poslije miješanja ugljika sa plinom CO2, ugljik dobijen razgradnjom ne hladi više od 50% u °C u odnosu na njegovu temperaturu poslije razgradnje; pretvaranje bar dijela plina CO2 i ugljika dobijenog razgradnjom u CO na temperaturi između 800 i 1700°C.
2. Postupak za pretvaranje CO2 u CO prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu se razgradnja vrši na temperaturi preko 1000°C i ugljik se miješa sa plinom CO2 na temperaturi od najmanje 800°C; pri čemu toplina potrebna za dostizanje temperature između 800 i 1700°C za pretvaranje CO2 potječe u biti u cijelosti od topline dobijene razgradnjom fluida koji sadrži ugljikovodike.
3. Postupak za pretvaranje CO2 u CO prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se ugljik i vodik dobijeni razgradnjom miješaju zajedno sa plinom CO2.
4. Postupak za pretvaranje CO2 u CO prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, pri čemu se ugljik dobijen razgradnjom razdvaja od vodika dobijenog razgradnjom prije miješanja sa plinom CO2.
5. Postupak za pretvaranje CO2 u CO prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se najmanje jedan dio topline najmanje jednog dijela ugljika i/ili vodika dobijenih razgradnjom i/ili CO poslije pretvaranja upotrebljava za predgrijavanje plina CO2 prije njegovog miješanja sa ugljikom i/ili za proizvodnju električne struje, koja se može koristiti kao nositelj energije za dovođenje energije za razgradnja fluida koji sadrži ugljikovodike.
6. Postupak za pretvaranje CO2 u CO prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se dovođenje energije prvenstveno izvodi pomoću plazme, a posebno u Kvaernerovom reaktoru.
7. Postupak za proizvodnju umjetnog plina, pri čemu se CO2 pretvara u CO prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva i miješa se sa vodikom.
8. Postupak za proizvodnju umjetnog plina prema zahtjevu 7, pri čemu se vodik proizvodi razgradnjom fluida koji sadrži ugljikovodike na ugljik i vodik uz dovođenje energije, koja bar djelomično predstavlja toplinu; i pri čemu se posebno bar dio vodika proizvodi razgradnjom fluida koji sadrži ugljikovodike na temperaturi ispod 1000°C, a posebno ispod 600°C pomoću mikrovalne plazme.
9. Postupak za proizvodnju umjetnih, funkcionaliziranih i/ili nefunkcionaliziranih ugljikovodika, pri čemu se prvo proizvodi umjetni plin prema jednom od zahtjeva 7 ili 8 i onda se on dovodi u kontakt sa podesnim katalizatorom da se izvrši pretvaranje umjetnog plina u umjetne, funkcionalizirane i/ili nefunkcionalizirane ugljikovodike, pri čemu se temperaturom katalizatora i/ili umjetnog plina upravlja u otvorenoj ili zatvorenoj petlji u unaprijed određenom temperaturnom području.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju umjetnih, funkcionaliziranih i/ili nefunkcionaliziranih ugljikovodika prema zahtjevu 9, pri čemu se pretvaranje umjetnog plina vrši pomoću jednog od slijedećih postupaka: Fischer-Tropsch-ovog postupka, SMDS postupka, Bergius-Pier-ovog postupka, Pier-ovog postupka ili kombinacije Pier-ovog postupka sa MtL postupkom.
11. Uređaj za pretvaranje ugljičnog dioksida CO2 u ugljični monoksid CO, pri čemu on sadrži: pretvarač za ugljikovodike namijenjen za razgradnju fluida koji sadrži ugljikovodike na ugljik i vodik, koji sadrži najmanje jednu procesnu komoru sa najmanje jednim ulazom za fluid koji sadrži ugljikovodike i sa najmanje jednim izlazom za ugljik i/ili vodik i najmanje jednom jedinicom za dovođenje energije u procesnu komoru, koja bar djelomično predstavlja toplinu; pretvarač za CO2 namijenjen za pretvaranje CO2 u CO, koji sadrži najmanje jednu drugu procesnu komoru sa najmanje jednim ulazom za CO2 namijenjenu za dovođenje CO2 iz termoelektrane ili nekog drugog industrijskog procesa u pretvarač CO2, najmanje jedan ulaz bar za ugljik i najmanje jedan izlaz, pri čemu je ulaz bar za ugljik direktno povezan sa izlazom pretvarača za ugljikovodike.
12. Uređaj za pretvaranje ugljičnog dioksida CO2 u ugljični monoksid CO prema zahtjevu 11, pri čemu sadrži najmanje jednu jedinicu za dovođenje energije u procesnu komoru izvedenu tako da može bar lokalno generirati temperature od najmanje 1000°C, i/ili najmanje jednu jedinicu za dovođenje energije u procesnu komoru, a prvenstveno plazma jedinicu u Kvaerner-ovom reaktoru, a posebno mikrovalnu plazma jedinicu.
13. Uređaj za pretvaranje ugljičnog dioksida CO2 u ugljični monoksid CO prema jednom od zahtjeva 11 ili 12, pri čemu je procesna komora pretvarača za CO2formirana odvodnom cijevi pretvarača za ugljikovodike, koja je povezana sa dovodom plina CO2, i/ili pri čemu je dalje predviđena jedna jedinica za razdvajanje namijenjena za razdvajanje ugljika i vodika dobijenih razgradnjom, i pri čemu su predviđeni posebni izlazi za razdvojene materije iz jedinice za razdvajanje, pri čemu je izlaz za ugljik povezan sa pretvaračem CO2.
14. Uređaj za generiranje umjetnog plina, koji sadrži uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 11 do 13, kao i najmanje jedan poseban vod za dovođenje vodika u pretvarač za CO2 ili za mješalicu postavljenu nizvodno.
15. Uređaj za generiranje umjetnog plina prema zahtjevu 14, sa najmanje još jednim drugim pretvaračem za ugljikovodike namijenjenim za razgradnja fluida koji sadrži ugljikovodike na ugljik i vodik, koji dalje sadrži: najmanje jednu procesnu komoru sa najmanje jednim ulazom za fluid koji sadrži ugljikovodik, najmanje jedan ulaz za dovođenje energije u procesnu komoru, koja bar djelomično predstavlja toplinsku jedinicu za razdvajanje namijenjenu za razdvajanje ugljika i vodika dobijenih razgradnjom sa odvojenim izlazima za ugljik i vodik, pri čemu je izlaz za vodik povezan sa posebnim vodom za dovođenje vodika; pri čemu je najmanje još jedan drugi pretvarač za ugljikovodike prvenstveno takvog tipa koji vrši razgradnju na temperaturama ispod 1000°C, a posebno ispod 600°C pomoću mikrovalne plazme.
16. Uređaj za pretvaranje umjetnog plina u umjetne, funkcionalizirane i/ili nefunkcionalizirane ugljikovodike, koji dalje sadrži: uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 14 ili 15; i pretvarač za CO sa procesnom komorom u kojoj je smješten katalizator i sa sredstvom za dovođenje umjetnog plina u kontakt sa katalizatorom, i upravljačku jedinicu za upravljanje u otvorenoj ili zatvorenoj petlji temperaturom katalizatora i/ili umjetnog plina na unaprijed određenu temperaturu.
17. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 16, pri čemu pretvarač CO sadrži jedan od slijedećih: Fischer-Tropsch-ov pretvarač, SMDS pretvarač, Bergius-Pier-ov pretvarač, Pier-ov pretvarač ili kombinaciju Pier-ovog pretvarača sa MtL pretvaračom.
