Claims (20)
1. Postupak proizvodnje 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena, postupak obuhvaća:
pripremu 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana zagrijavanjem reakcijske smjese koja sadrži 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropan, željezov(III) klorid i klor radi dobivanja 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana, gdje reakcijska smjesa po izboru dalje sadrži ugljik tetraklorid količini do 50% težine reakcijske smjese; i
dehidrokloriranje 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana u reakcijskoj zoni za dehidrokloriranje u prisutnosti željezovog(III) klorida radi dobivanja 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena i klorovodika, gdje se 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropen i klorovodik uklanjanju iz reakcijske zone za dehidrokloriranje putem destilacije tijekom reakcije dehidrokloriranja.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je željezov(III) klorid prisutan u reakcijskoj smjesi u količini u rasponu od 10 do 1000 ppm.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se barem dio postupka pripreme 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana odvija u opremi koja obuhvaća reakcijsku zonu, zonu odvajanja koja po izboru ima destilacijsku komponentu, i zonu kondenzacije.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje postupak pripreme 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana dalje obuhvaća u biti kontinuirano punjenje 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropana i klora u reakcijsku zonu koja sadrži željezov(III) klorid.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, gdje se 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropan i klor uvode u omjeru punjenja od 0.9 do 1.1 mola klora po molu tetrakloropropana.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je klorovodik nusproizvod postupka te se uklanja iz reakcijske zone kroz zonu odvajanja i zonu kondenzacije, i dalje gdje klorovodik koji izlazi iz reakcijske zone sadrži 1,1,3-trikloropropen ili ugljik tetraklorid ili oba 1,1,3-trikloropropen i ugljik tetraklorid i 1,1,3-trikloropropen ili ugljik tetraklorid ili oba 1,1,3-trikloropropen i ugljik tetraklorid se recikliraju u reakcijsku zonu putem zone kondenzacije.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, dalje obuhvaća podvrgavanje barem dijela dobivenog 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena jednom ili više koraka pročišćavanja.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se od 10 do 20000 dijelova na milijun (ppm) po težini željezovog(III) klorida održava u reakcijskoj zoni za dehidrokloriranje.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se postupak dehidrokloriranja provodi uporabom reaktivne destilacijske opreme koja obuhvaća reakcijsku zonu, zonu odvajanja i zonu kondenzacije, gdje se 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropen i klorovodik uklanjanju iz reakcijske zone za dehidrokloriranje putem zone odvajanja i zone kondenzacije.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 9, gdje je temperatura reakcijske zone za dehidrokloriranje od 120 do 180°C, tlak zone odvajanja je u rasponu od 13 do 80 kPa (100 do 600 tora) i temperatura zone kondenzacije je takva da uzrokuje da se 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropen destiliran iz reakcijske zone kondenzira u tekućinu.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan nalazi unutar sirovog 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana, gdje sirovi 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan sadrži 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan i barem jedno od željezovog(III) klorida, ugljik tetraklorida, 1,1,3-trikloropropena, 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropana i 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena, gdje postupak obuhvaća:
punjenje sirovog 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana u reakcijsku zonu za dehidrokloriranje da se taj sirovi 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan pretvori dehidrokloriranjem u 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropen i klorovodik, gdje se 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropen i klorovodik uklanjanju iz reakcijske zone tijekom reakcije dehidrokloriranja; i
sakupljanje 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, gdje se sirovi 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan pretvara u 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropen reaktivnom destilacijom, gdje se reaktivna destilacija odvija u opremi koja obuhvaća reakcijsku zonu, zonu odvajanja i zonu kondenzacije, gdje se 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropen i klorovodik uklanjanju iz reakcijske zone putem zone odvajanja i zone kondenzacije, pri čemu se barem dio 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena odvaja kao tekući kondenzat iz pare klorovodika, čime nastaje pročišćena klorovodična para i sirovi 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropen.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, gdje se barem dio sirovog 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena podvrgava jednom ili više koraka pročišćavanja.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, gdje se od 10 do 20000 ppm po težini željezovog(III) klorida održava u reakcijskoj zoni.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, gdje se tekuća reakcijska smjesa, koja sadrži neizreagirani 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan, željezov(III) klorid, nehlapljivi materijal i nusproizvode visokog vrelišta, povremeno ili kontinuirano uklanja iz reakcijske zone i gdje se barem dio neizreagiranog 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana sadržanog u ukonjenoj reakcijskoj smjesi odvaja od barem nekih od ostalih komponenti reakcijske smjese, i zatim reciklira u reakcijsku zonu.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, koji obuhvaća:
(i) reakciju ugljik tetraklorida s etilenom u prisutnosti željezovih klorida, metala željeza i trialkilfosfata radi dobivanja sirovog proizvoda koji sadrži 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropan;
(ii) destilaciju tog sirovog proizvoda radi dobivanja gornjeg i donjeg protoka, gornji protok sadrži 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropan i neizreagirani ugljik tetraklorid, i donji protok sadrži 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropan;
(iii) reakciju gornjeg protoka s klorom u prisutnosti željezovg(III) klorida radi dobivanja sirovog 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana;
(iv) dodavanje sirovog 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana iz koraka (iii) u reakcijsku zonu, koja je dio opreme za postupak reaktivne destilacije koja obuhvaća reakcijsku zonu, zonu odvajanja i zonu kondenzacije, te dehidrokloriranje sirovog 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana radi nastanka klorovodika i 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena, i uklanjanje klorovodika i 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena destilacijom iz reakcijske zone tijekom dehidrokloriranja, i
(v) sakupljanje proizvedenog 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena.
17. Postupak prema zahtjevu 16, gdje se sirovi tekući proizvod 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana iz koraka (iii) izravno puni bez pročišćavanja u reakcijsku zonu u koraku (iv).
18. Postupak prema zahtjevu 16, gdje se barem dio sirovog tekućeg 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena podvrgava jednom ili više koraka pročišćavanja.
19. Postupak prema zahtjevu 16, gdje se od 10 do 1000 ppm po težini željezovog(III) klorida održava u reakcijskoj zoni u koraku (iii) ili se od 10 do 20000 ppm po težini željezovog(III) klorida održava u reakcijskoj zoni u koraku (iv).
20. Postupak prema zahtjevu 16, gdje tekuća reakcijska smjesa u reakcijskoj zoni u koraku (iv) sadrži neizreagirani 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan i željezov(III) klorid, i barem se dio ove tekuće smjese povremeno ili kontinuirano uklanja iz reakcijske zone i gdje se barem dio neizreagiranog 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana sadržanog u ukonjenoj reakcijskoj smjesi odvaja od barem nekih od ostalih komponenti reakcijske smjese, i zatim reciklira u reakcijsku zonu.
