Abstract

Vodena smjesa veziva za vlakna koja se može termički stvrdnuti i sadrži: (a) polikiselu komponentu s kiselinskim skupinama, ili njihovim anhidridnim ili solnim derivatima; i (b) polihidroksilnu komponentu s hidroksilnim skupinama; i (c) spoj koji sadrži silicij; gdje je pH smjese veziva veća od oko 7. Patent sadrži još 31 patentni zahtjev.

Claims (32)

1. Vodena smjesa veziva za vlakna koja se može termički stvrdnuti i sadrži: (a) polikiselu komponentu s kiselinskim skupinama, ili njihovim anhidridnim ili solnim derivatima; i (b) polihidroksilnu komponentu s hidroksilnim skupinama; i (c) spoj koji sadrži silicij; gdje je pH smjese veziva veća od oko 7.
2. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je pH smjese veziva u rasponu od oko 7 do oko 10.
3. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je omjer broja molarnih ekvivalenata kiselinskih skupina, ili njihovih anhidridnih ili solnih derivata, prema broju molarnih ekvivalenata hidroksilnih skupina u rasponu od oko 0.6:1 do oko 1.2:1.
4. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 1, gdje su vlakna uključena u izolacijski proizvod od fiberglasa (staklena vuna).
5. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 1, gdje vlakna sadrže staklena vlakna.
6. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se termički ukrutiva, vodena smjesa veziva može termički učvrstiti za poliestersku smolu koja je u netopljiva u vodi i očvrsnuta toplinskom obradom.
7. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se polikisela komponenta izabire između nezasićenih alifatskih polikarboksilnih kiselina, zasićenih alifatskih polikarboksilnih kiselina, aromatskih polikarboksilnih kiselina, nezasićenih cikličkih polikarboksilnih kiselina, zasićenih cikličkih polikarboksilnih kiselina, njihovih hidroksi-supstituiranih derivata, i njihovih soli i anhidrida, i njihovih kombinacija.
8. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 1 koja dalje sadrži amonijak ili njegovu sol.
9. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je polikisela komponenta amonijeva sol nezasićene alifatske polikarboksilne kiseline.

15. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 1 koja dalje sadrži katalizator koji može povećati stupanj stvaranja estera.
16. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 15, gdje je katalizator sumporna kiselina ili sulfonska kiselina, ili njihova sol ili derivat.
17. 26. Smjesa veziva prema zahtjevu 21, gdje je omjer broja molarnih ekvivalenata solnih skupina karboksilne kiseline na dikarboksilnoj kiselini, prema broju ekvivalenata hidroksilnih skupina na polihidroksilnoj komponenti u rasponu od oko 0.6:1 do oko1.2:1.
27. Postupak povezivanja vlakana koji obuhvaća: (a) dovođenje vlakana u doticaj s vodenom smjesom veziva koja se može termički stvrdnuti prema zahtjevu 1; i (b) zagrijavanje vodene smjese veziva koja se može termički stvrdnuti, na temperaturi koja je dovoljna da stvrdne vodenu smjesu veziva.

31. Proizvod od staklenih vlakana prema zahtjevu 30, gdje su vlakna uključena u podložak od netkanih vlakana i proizvod od staklenih vlakana je izolacijski proizvod od fibeglasa (staklene vune).
