Abstract
Postupak kojim se djeluje puhanjem plina ili mješavine vode i plina na temperaturu trake (4) koja se kreće, u skladu s kojim postupkom se veliki broj mlazova usmjerava na svaku stranu trake, pri čemu su mlazovi usmjereni prema površini trake i tako su usmjereni da su točke udaranja (24, 34) mlazova plina ili mješavine vode i plina na površinu trake raspoređene na čvorišta dvodimenzionalne mreže, pri čemu se točke udaranja (24) mlazova na jednoj površini (A) trake ne podudaraju s točkama udaranja (34) mlazova koje se nalaze na drugoj strani (B) trake, naznačen time što mlazovi plina ili mješavine vode i pline dolaze iz mlaznica (23, 33) koje imaju oblik cijevi i koje se napajaju iz najmanje jednog spremnika za razdiobu (21, 31) i mlaznice se nalaze na takvom odstojanju od spremnika za razdiobu da se ostavlja jedan slobodan prostor za cirkulaciju plina ili mješavine vode i plina koji se odbija prema natrag paralelno s uzdužnim smjerom trake i okomito na uzdužni smjer trake. Patent sadrži još 26 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (27)
1. Postupak kojim se djeluje puhanjem plina ili mješavine vode i plina na temperaturu trake (4) koja se kreće, u skladu s kojim postupkom se veliki broj mlazova usmjerava na svaku stranu trake, pri čemu su mlazovi usmjereni prema površini trake i tako su usmjereni da su točke udaranja (24, 34) mlazova plina ili mješavine vode i plina na površinu trake raspoređene na čvorišta dvodimenzionalne mreže, pri čemu se točke udaranja (24) mlazova na jednoj površini (A) trake ne podudaraju s točkama udaranja (34) mlazova koje se nalaze na drugoj strani (B) trake, naznačen time što mlazovi plina ili mješavine vode i pline dolaze iz mlaznica (23, 33) koje imaju oblik cijevi i koje se napajaju iz najmanje jednog spremnika za razdiobu (21, 31) i mlaznice se nalaze na takvom odstojanju od spremnika za razdiobu da se ostavlja jedan slobodan prostor za cirkulaciju plina ili mješavine vode i plina koji se odbija prema natrag paralelno s uzdužnim smjerom trake i okomito na uzdužni smjer trake.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što su mlazovi plina ili mješavine vode i plina okomiti na površinu trake.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što os najmanje jednog mlaza za plin ili za mješavinu vode i plina tvori kut s okomicom na površinu trake.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što su dvodimenzionalne mreže raspodjele točaka udaranja mlaza na svaku od strana trake periodične, iste vrste i jednake raspodjele.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što su navedene mreže heksagonalne vrste.
6. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što su točke udaranja mlazova na istu stranu trake raspoređene na čvorove dvodimenzionalne mreže, tako da tvore složenu poligonalnu isprepletenost, pri čemu se broj stranica mijenja od 3 do 20, s periodičnim ponavljanjem koje iznosi 1 korak u poprečnom smjeru trake, i koje ima od 3 do 20 koraka u uzdužnom smjeru trake, tako da po dvije susjedne točke udaranja mlaza za puhanje na jednoj strani trake leže jedna kraj druge u poprečnom smjeru navedene trake, odnosno graniče jedna s drugom.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 6, naznačen time što su mreža koja odgovara jednoj strani i mreža koja odgovara drugoj strani pomaknute jedna u odnosu na drugu i što je navedeni pomak u području između 1⁄4 koraka do 3⁄4 koraka.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je navedeni plin rashladni plin.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je navedeni plin takav plin koji zagrijava.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što najmanje jedan od navedenih spremnika za razdiobu ima oblik paralelopipeda.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što najmanje jedan od navedenih spremnika za razdiobu ima plosnat oblik.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što su mlaznice umetnute u veći broj spremnika za razdiobu.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što su navedeni spremnici za razdiobu cijevi.
14. Uređaj za primjenu postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, onakve vrste uređaja koja ima najmanje dva modula za puhanje (2, 3) koji su postavljeni jedan na suprotnoj strani od drugoga i to na obje strane one zone trake (4) koja se kreće, pri čemu su moduli za puhanje (2, 3) postavljeni tako da se točke udaranja (24) mlaza na jednu površinu (A) ne nalaze na suprotnoj strani od točaka (34) udaranja mlaza na drugoj strani površine (B), naznačen time što je modul za puhanje (2, 3) načinjen od većeg broja cijevnih mlaznica (23, 33) koje se pružaju od najmanje jednog spremnika za razdiobu (21, 31) u smjeru one zone trake koja se kreće, pri čemu su mlaznice postavljene tako da su točke udaranja (24, 34) mlazova na svaku površinu (A, B) trake razmještene na čvorovima dvodimenzionalne mreže.
15. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačen time što su dvodimenzionalne mreže, prema kojima su raspoređene točke udaranja mlazova, periodične mreže iste vrste i s jednakim korakom.
16. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15, naznačen time što su ove mreže takve mreže koje pripadaju mrežama heksagonalne vrste.
17. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačen time što su točke udaranja mlazova na istoj strani trake raspoređene na čvorove dvodimenzionalne mreže, da bi se na taj način stvorila složena poligonalna isprepletenost pri čemu se broj stranica mijenja od 3 do 20, s periodičnim ponavljanjem koje iznosi 1 korak u poprečnom smjeru trake, i koje periodično ponavljanje ima od 3 do 20 koraka u uzdužnom smjeru trake, tako da po dvije susjedne točke udaranja mlaza za puhanje na jednoj strani navedene trake leže jedna kraj druge u poprečnom smjeru navedene trake, odnosno graniče jedna s drugom.
18. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 15 do 17, naznačen time što su moduli za puhanje (2, 3) tako postavljeni, da su odgovarajuća mreža na jednoj strani (A) i odgovarajuća mreža na drugoj strani (B) pomaknute jedna u odnosu na drugu, pri čemu ovaj pomak iznosi između 1⁄4 koraka i 3⁄4 koraka.
19. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 14 do 18, naznačen time što su osovine puhanja mlaznica okomite na ravninu prolaza navedene trake (4).
20. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 14 do 18, naznačen time što os najmanje jedne od mlaznica tvori kut s okomicom na ravninu prolaza navedene trake (4).
21. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 14 do 20, naznačen time što otvori za puhanje na mlaznicama imaju poprečni presjek koji je okrugao, višekutan, izdužen ili ima oblik proreza.
22. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 14 do 21, naznačen time što su moduli za puhanje takve vrste da imaju ponovno uzimanje plina ili su bez ponovnog uzimanja plina.
23. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 14 do 22, naznačen time što je svaki modul za puhanje (23) načinjen od najmanje jednog spremnika za razdiobu (21, 23), u koji spremnik su ugrađene mlaznice (23, 33).
24. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 23, naznačen time što najmanje jedan spremnik za razdiobu ima oblik paralelopipeda.
25. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 23, naznačen time što najmanje jedan spremnik za razdiobu ima plosnat oblik.
26. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 23, naznačen time što su mlaznice ugrađene u veći broj spremnika za razdiobu.
27. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 26, naznačen time što su navedeni spremnici za razdiobu cijevi.
