Spojevi formule (I) naznačeni time da jeR odabran od sljedećih: halogen, alkil, alkoksi, aril te heteroaril; R1 odabran od sljedećih: 2-hidroksietil, 2,3-dihidroksipropil, 3-hidroksipropil, 2,2-dihidroksietil, 3,3-dihidroksipropil, 1,3-dioksolan-etil, 1,3-dioksan-metil, 1,3-dioksolan-metil, 1,3-dioksan-etil, 3-fluor-2-hidroksipropil, 3-karboksi-2-hidroksi-propil, 3-klor-2-hidroksipropil, 2-hidroksipropil, 2-hidroksi-propen-2-il, morfolinoetil, piperazinoetil, hidroksimetil, benzil, 4-(hidroksimetil)benzil, 4-klorbenzil, 4-fluorbenzil, te 4-hidroksibenzilR2 tert-butil ili trifluormetil; R3 neovinso odabran od sljedećih: vodik, karboksi, cijano, alkil ili hidroksialkil, uključujući sve njihove moguće optičke izomere i dijastereomere, pri čemu "halogen" jest atom halogena odabran od sljedećih: fluor, klor, brom te jod; "alkil" jest ravna ili razgranata (C1-C4)alkilna skupina; "alkoksi" jest ravna ili razgranata (C1-C4)alkoksilna skupina; "aril" jest fenil, koji može biti supstituiran s jednim ili više od sljedećih: halogen, alkilna te alkoksilne skupina kako su ovdje prije definirane, cijano ili amino skupina, koje mogu biti iste ili različite; te"heteroaril" jest petero- ili šesteročlani heterociklil koji sadrži jedan ili više atoma dušika, kisika ili sumpora, a koji mogu biti isti ili se mogu razlikovati jedan od drugog. Patent sadrži još 9 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (10)

1. Spojevi formule (I) [image] naznačeni time da je R odabran od sljedećih: halogen, alkil, alkoksi, aril te heteroaril; R1 odabran od sljedećih: 2-hidroksietil, 2,3-dihidroksipropil, 3-hidroksipropil, 2,2-dihidroksietil, 3,3-dihidroksipropil, 1,3-dioksolan-etil, 1,3-dioksan-metil, 1,3-dioksolan-metil, 1,3-dioksan-etil, 3-fluor-2-hidroksipropil, 3-karboksi-2-hidroksi-propil, 3-klor-2-hidroksipropil, 2-hidroksipropil, 2-hidroksi-propen-2-il, morfolinoetil, piperazinoetil, hidroksimetil, benzil, 4-(hidroksimetil)benzil, 4-klorbenzil, 4-fluorbenzil, te 4-hidroksibenzil R2 tert-butil ili trifluormetil; R3 neovinso odabran od sljedećih: vodik, karboksi, cijano, alkil ili hidroksialkil, uključujući sve njihove moguće optičke izomere i dijastereomere, pri čemu "halogen" jest atom halogena odabran od sljedećih: fluor, klor, brom te jod; "alkil" jest ravna ili razgranata (C1-C4)alkilna skupina; "alkoksi" jest ravna ili razgranata (C1-C4)alkoksilna skupina; "aril" jest fenil, koji može biti supstituiran s jednim ili više od sljedećih: halogen, alkilna te alkoksilne skupina kako su ovdje prije definirane, cijano ili amino skupina, koje mogu biti iste ili različite; te "heteroaril" jest petero- ili šesteročlani heterociklil koji sadrži jedan ili više atoma dušika, kisika ili sumpora, a koji mogu biti isti ili se mogu razlikovati jedan od drugog.
2. Spojevi prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time da: R jest klor ili brom; R1 jest 2-hidroksietil; R2 jest tert-butil ili trifluormetil; R3 jest vodik.
3. Spojevi prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time da: R jest klor ili brom; R1 jest 2-2,3-dihidroksipropil; R2 jest trifluormetil; R3 jest vodik.
4. Spojevi prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time da: R jest metil, fenil, piridin ili 4-(supstituirani)-fenil; R1 jest (R)-(-)-2,3-dihidroksipropil; R2 jest trifluormetil; R3 jest vodik.
5. Spojevi prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time da: R jest klor ili brom; R1 jest (R)-(-)-2,3-dihidroksipropil; R2 jest trifluormetil; R3 jest vodik.

Spoj prema patetntnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je odabran od sljedećih: 1-[4-(2-hidroksietoksi)-2-brom-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(trifluormetil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-(2-hidroksietoksi)-2-klor-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(trifluormetil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-(2-hidroksietoksi)-2-brom-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(tert-butil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-(2-hidroksietoksi)-2-klor-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(tert-butil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-(2,3-dihidroksipropoksi)-2-klor-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(trifluormetil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-(2,3-dihidroksipropoksi)-2-brom-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(trifluormetil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-((R)-(-)-2,3-dihidroksipropoksi)-2-klor-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(trifluormetil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-((R)-(-)-2,3-dihidroksipropoksi)-2-fenil-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(trifluormetil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-((R)-(-)-2,3-dihidroksipropoksi)-2-(piridin-3-il)-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(trifluormetil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-((R)-(-)-2,3-dihidroksipropoksi)-2-(4-klorfenil)-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(trifluormetil)-benzil]-urea; 1-[4-((R)-(-)-2,3-dihidroksipropoksi)-2-brom-5-metoksibenzil]-3-[4-(trifluormetil)-benzil]-urea.
7. Spojevi formule (I) kako su definirani u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačeni time da su za upotrebu kao lijekovi.
8. Upotreba spojeva formule (I) kako su definirani u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačena time da je za preparaciju farmaeutskih pripravaka za terapiju upalnih stanja.
9. Upotreba prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačena time da je upalno stanje odabrano od sljedećih: kronična neuropatksa bolest, sindrom hiperaktivnog mjehura, bolest uzrokovana tumorom, hemeroidi, upalna hiperalgezija, bol nakon intervencije, vađenje zuba, upala dišnih puteva te gastro-intestinalna bolest.
10. Farmaceutski pripravak koji sadrži spojeve formule (I) kako su definirani u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da je u smjesi s pogodnim ekscipijensima i/ili vezikulima.
