862,877. Jackets &c. BARBOUR, A.B. Dec. 18, 1959 [Sept. 19, 1958], No. 30044/58. Class 141. A jacket for carrying money &c is provided in the rear panel 3 with a double lining stitched at 7 to form two vertical rows of pockets 8 closable by a sliding clasp fastener 6. One or more pockets 9 closable by sliding clasp fasteners 10 are provided in each side panel 4. Belt halves 11, 12 secured in the side seams are connected at the front of the wearer by a guiderelease buckle 13 and may contain leg springs so that the side panels are held open when the garment is not in use. The rear and side panels may be connected together by adjustable lacing and the lower edge of the garment may be provided with elastic gathering. According to the Provisional Specification the jacket is made of leather or sail-cloth and has a sailcloth lining.
