Class 102(1) A grease or oil gun comprises a spring loaded piston 14 engaging a member 12 having a recess 12<SP>1</SP> receiving the spherical end of a pin 11 the other end of which is received in a recess 8<SP>1</SP> in a plate 8 secured to a stub shaft 7 of a series wound electric motor 4. The axes of the shaft 7 and piston 14 are off-set by a distance a. The pump has an outlet valve 17 and an inlet port 20 communicating with a container 5 having a screw actuated piston 23.
