Abstract

807,834. Reciprocating pumps. WAGNER, J. [trading as VERTRIEBSGESELLSCHAFT ING WAGNER]. Aug. 27, 1957, No. 27015/57. Class 102(1). The piston 18 controls an inlet port 25 from a grease reservoir 5 including a spring loaded piston 27, and is reciprocated by a lever 14 pivoted at 15 and carrying a bearing 13 engaged by a cam 10 rotatable with a gear 9 on a fixed shaft 11. The gear 9 is driven by a gear 8 on the shaft 7 of an electric motor. The piston 18 is returned by a spring 19. The outlet valve 22 is adjustably loaded by a spring 24. A relief valve 31 has an axial bo recommunicating with the pump outlet and the delivery pipe 37 and a head 31<SP>1</SP> which is seated by means of springs 33 which are adjustably loaded by a nut 6<SP>1</SP> which has outlets 35 for the excess liquid when the valve 31 opens. The reservoir 5 may be replaced by an oil reservoir including a dip tube.
