731,105. Clips. OISHEI, J. R. Aug. 21, 1951 [Aug. 26, 1950], No. 5917/53. Divided out of 731,062. Class 44. [Also in Group XXIII] A clip for attaching a windscreen wiper arm 8 to holder means 25, 26 for the wiper blade (not shown), comprises a housing 14 having an entranceway 15 for receiving the outer end of the arm 8 and having in its top wall a shoulder, e.g., an aperture 16, spaced from the entranceway 15 and interlocking with a lug 17 on the upper side of the arm 8 locking means arranged in the housing beneath the arm 8 for holding its lug engaged with the shoulder and actuating means for the looking means. The locking means is a cam 18 pivoted to the clip by a pin 19. The cam is actuated exteriorly of the clip by a lever 20 attached to the pin 19 and lockable to the clip as by a detent 21. The holder means 25, 26 are connected to the clip in the manner described in Specification 731,062, [Group XXIII], which is referred to.
