In a hose coupling in which an end fitting 1 has a sleeve portion 2 swaged inwardly to grip the hose end between itself and an insert 3, the end 8 of the sleeve extends beyond the insert, has a bore of greater diameter than that of the hose, and has an internal terminal bead 10 lightly engaging the hose surface.
