Abstract

In a method of soldering aluminium window elements together which employs metallic zinc and a flux, the flux is a heavy paste made with distilled water and consists of zinc chloride (90 per cent by weight approximately), ammonium bromide (8 per cent by weight approximately) and sodium fluoride (2 per cent by weight approximately).
