[Class 100(ii)] Inking-apparatus.-A driven, rotating member is provided with gear teeth engaging a gear on each of a number of inking-rollers, an ink-transmitting roller of smaller diameter than that of the pitch circle of the gear teeth is arranged with its axis within the pitch circle, and rollers between the ink-transmitting roller and each of two of the inking-rollers transmit ink from one of the latter to the other via the transmitting-roller, the gear teeth and the transmitting-roller turning at different angular speeds. The apparatus described is the same as that of Specification 619,504.
