Drawings to Specification. [Class 38 (v)] A circuit-interrupter, which may be of the character described in Specification 553,714, and a series disconnect switch are operated by pneumatic motor means in a predetermined sequence, and dump valves are provided in the motor means and actuated by the compressed gas itself, to exhaust gas from the opposite side of the motor means when the gas is admitted to the one. side, thereby obtaining prompt reversal of the motor means when operation in one direction is immediately followed by operation in the other direction; that is, for trip-free, release or automatic reclosure. The invention is described in its application to the switching arrangement disclosed in Specification 563,641. Specification 563,642 also is referred to.
