884,853. Gas-blast switches. ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. June 25, 1958 [July 1, 1957], No. 20716/57. Drawings to Specification. Class 38 (5). A gas-blast circuit-breaker having lost-motion between a pressure gas-operated contact and its driving means before it effects contact separation, as in Specification 872,864, also has a second pressure gas operated contact driving means for providing further contact separation. The invention is described with reference to the circuit-breaker set out in Specification 884,854. Specifications 762,988, 821,659 and 826,403 also are referred to.
