[Class 82 (i)] Aluminium alloys suitable for making castings such as pistons and other parts of internalcombustion engines contain 18-35 per cent of silicon, 0.1-1 per cent of magnesium, 1-5 per cent of copper, 0.7-2 per cent of iron, and up to a total of 5 per cent of two or more of the elements manganese, nickel, chromium, cobalt, niobium, molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium, zirconium, cerium, titanium, tantalum, and boron.
