[Class 64 (iii)] To warm the water in a radiator A when the circulation is bye-passed under the control of a thermally operated valve through a pipe D, the water is conducted by the byepass pipe into one end of the bottom radiator tank a2, through which it flows to the return pipe C at the opposite end of the tank. The byepass pipe may pass through a down pipe opening into the bottom tank as described in Specification 556,489.
