538,741. Fulling fabrics. PADGETT, A. June 12, 1940, No. 10237. [Class 42 (i)] One fulling roller 2 is driven from the other fulling roller 3 by sprocket wheels 4, 5 and an endless chain 8 which crosses the plane containing the axes of the two rollers, and passes round at least two idle pulleys 10, 9 held at a fixed distance apart; the pulley 9 is carried by links 13 mounted on the fixed pivot 12 of the pulley 10, and is connected by an adjustable stay 14 with the axis 6 of the roller 2.
