[Class 80 (i)] [Also in Groups XVI and XXXIV] A pair of rollers 16, 18, Fig. 1, particularly rollers for feeding wadding or quilting or Kapok, is driven by a chain 37 passing round sprockets 43, 44 on the rollers, a sprocket 36 which may be the drive sprocket, and a spring mounted jockey sprocket 38 which permits of adjustment of the roller 18 relatively to the roller 16. Such adjustment may be effected by screws 19, connected with a cross-bar 22 rigid with the bearings 13 of the roller 18. Modified arrangements of the chain are described. The rollers 16, 18 may be covered with printers' roller composition.
