[Class 99 (i)] In hose connections comprising screwed inner and outer nipples 4, 2 for attaching a cap nut 8, liability of fracture of the connection at the point 10 is lessened by providing a cylindrical fitting 11 at the outer end of the screwed part. In a modification, the cylindrical is replaced by a conical fitting.
