[Class 64 (i) ] In an air-heating stove, air is forced by a fan u upwards through a casing g around the furnace a into a distributing header m, and a number of flue tubes or passages r extend laterally from the furnace and upwardly through the casing and header to the chimney s. Apertures l in baffles k at the entrance to the casing vary in size according to their distance from the inlet opening. The flues r may be traversed by tubes t and they may be gilled or 'corrugated. A space z for warming food &c. is provided between the header and the chamber.
