512,758. Alloys. NATIONAL SMELTING CO., Ltd. Nov. 19, 1937, No. 31948. Void. Convention date, Feb. 13. [Class 82 (i)] Zinc alloys suitable for producing articles by machining, e.g., by automatic machine tools, contain 6-15 per cent. of aluminium, 0.1-4 per cent. of copper, and 0.005-0.1 per cent. of magnesium; all or part of the magnesium may be replaced by up to 0.3 per cent. lithium. The remainder is high grade zinc which may be at least 99.99 per cent. pure.
