Abstract

488,898. Impedance networks. LORENZ AKT.-GES., C. Aug. 12, 1937, No. 22217. Convention date, Aug. 12, 1936. [Classes 40 (iii) and 40 (v)] A circuit 6, 7 tuned to reject the image frequency in a superheterodyne receiver consists of a small inductance and a large condenser and is coupled loosely to the aerial 1, the tuning condenser being operated conjointly with the other tuning condensers. The aerial is preferably tapped on to the circuit 6, 7 and the rejector circuit 6, 7 is connected to the tuned circuit 10, 11 by a lead tapped onto both circuits. According to the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 the aerial 1, Fig. 2 (Cancelled), is associated with a tuned circuit 14, 15 to reject the image frequency. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
