461,139. Transformers. BRITISH THOMSON-HOUSTON CO., Ltd., GARRETT, W. B., and APPLEYARD, N. Aug. 10, 1935, No. 23615. [Class 38 (ii)] A transformer having five or more core limbs with main windings D, E on the inner limbs has primary and secondary windings F, G on one or both of the outer limbs for supplying an auxiliary single phase load. The auxiliary primary may be energized from suitable tapping points on the main winding, and the auxiliary primaries and secondaries, where two of each are provided, may be connected respectively in series or parallel.
