433,850. Motor supports. BAUMGARTEN GES., 67, Hobrechtstrasse, Neuk÷lln, Berlin. March 4, 1935, No. 6761. Convention date, Oct. 11, 1934. [Class 35] A motor fan unit is resiliently mounted in a surrounding intermediate housing supported in an outer casing solely by a rubber ring disposed around approximately the middle of the intermediate housing. In the form shown, the intermediate housing 4, 5 is supported in the vacuum cleaner casing 8 by a thick and broad rubber ring 7 and grips the rubber ring 6 located about the flange 3 on the motor fan unit 1, 2, the flange preferably being in the vicinity of the centre of gravity of the unit. The ring 7 may have suction recesses 10 to grip the outer casing or may be secured by projections thereon.
