[Class 102 (i).] A fuel pump for high-compression ignition engines comprising for each engine cylinder a pump element having two plungers b, d driven in out-of phase relationship by a cam c through rollers j, k carried by link-work, is arranged so that the cam c is disposed to one side or offset in relation to the mean axis of the plungers and their actuating devices. The cam is disposed more directly under the leading plunger b. Specification 351,112 is referred to.
