369,000. Knitting-machines. AKTIEBOLAGET PER PERSSONS V€F-OCH STICKMASKIN, 22, Alstr÷mergatan, Stockholm. March 21, 1931, No. 8795. Convention date, March 22, 1930. [Class 74 (ii).] Relates to yarn-changing devices applicable to the class of knitting machine in which there is a slide reciprocating over the needle beds. The yarn guide carriers 2, 3 are driven by fingers 4 connected to a reciprocating slide and slidable on shafts 5 mounted on brackets 8. Tappets 9 secured to the ends of the shafts 5 trail on cams 11, 12 attached to an intermittently movable pattern-chain 10. The fingers 4 thus moved in and out of the path of notches 6 operate the carriers 2, 3 in accordance with the setting of the cams on the chain 10.
