Abstract

352,121. Atmospheric gas burners. PAIGE, W. R., Drill Square, Langsett Road, Sheffield. April 17, 1930, No. 12234. [Class 75 (i).] The burner comprises a mixing-chamber 2, a gas inlet pipe 3 around, or alongside, an air inlet pipe 7, and an outlet pipe or nozzle 10, the pipe 7 being arranged with its outlet in front of the outlet of the pipe 3 and adjustable as by means of a screw-threaded connection 8 to project into the pipe 10. The chamber 2 is preferably of cylindrical form with its axis arranged transverse to that of the pipe 7.
