Abstract

341,840. Wireless receivers. BARKER L. T., Ockley House, Stokesley, Yorkshire. Aug. 23, 1930, No. 25245. [Class 40 (v).] The input coil B, C is tapped at an intermediate point F to earth, the aerial being connected to the point G remote from the grid. The plate circuit is tuned and back-coupled to the input through the coil L, as described in Specification 289,174, [Class 40 (v), Wireless signalling &c.]. The coil C is shunted by coils D and E of greater and less inductance respectively all tuned by a common condenser A. The arrangement is designed to reduce interference from undesired signals.
