Cam-actuated pumps; stroke, varying. - A rotary member 1 drives a pump piston 11 through the intermediary of a slide-block 4 with an inclined or wedge surface 5, a ball or the like 6 being interposed. The pump casing 8 is secured to a plate 7 adjustable longitudinally in guides 3 by a nut 10 to regulate the stroke and timing of the device.
