Abstract

296,293. Suddards, T. D. May 24, 1928. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Hoods, when collapsed, are adapted to be entirely encased or housed at the top of the wind screen pillars. The longitudinal members 4 are pivoted at 12 in a casing at the top of the wind-screen pillars 7 and each is formed in two parts hinged together about vertical axes 11. The members, when extended are supported by side pillars 10 and are connected together by transvers members 9. A cover 2 mounted on a spring roller 1 is adapted to be drawn over the longitudinal members to enclose the vehicle.
