Abstract
205,919. Buch, M. A., and Calso Hood Co., Ltd. Aug. 4, 1922. Vehicle windows.-A folding window for use on motor vehicles, and carried by the hood which is preferably collapsable, consists of two or more glazed metal and plywood frames D, E, hinged at F, the front frame D being hinged to the hood stick or pivoted thereto at the bottom C<5>. When closed, the window is secured by the catch H, and can be folded behind the hood or pivoted about C<5> into a box &c. in the body when not required. To make a draught-proof joint between the hood and window, the aperture may be provided with a head adapted to be engaged by a hinged spring- pressed clip J having operating-levers attached thereto and projecting on the inside.
