Pinless and like hinges.- A top light is hinged in the roof of a motor car by the engagement of a bead d<7>, rolled up on the hinged frame d, with an open tube a<9>, formed on the carrier frame. The two parts are held together by end washers and screws, and the upper joint is covered by a strip h, which is soldered or brazed to the part d<2> of the light frame.
