Abstract

332,930. Zuppinger, A. D. April 30, 1929. Hoods. - In a road vehicle provided with a collapsable hood having a window therein a collapsable blind is arranged so as to be adapted to be drawn over the window. The blind 12 is attached to two horizontal rods 13 guided on cords 14. The lower rod 13 is anchored to the vehicle body 10 by cords &c. 20 and the other rod 13 is provided with a cord 17 communicating with some part of the body adjacent the driver's seat whereby the blind 12 may be drawn over the window 15 at will. If desired the lower edge of the blind may be secured to the hood or to the vehicle body.
