Casement fasteners, cockspurtype; sash fasteners, pivotedarm type; sliding bolts. - The casement lever C is locked shut by a sliding bolt G, handoperated by a knob H and secured by a key-operated bolt. The bolt G slides in a casing F carried by the plate E of the keep D and has two or three notches engaged by one or two projections on the key-bolt. With double windows, the bolt G enters a notch in the lever C. With sash windows, the bolt engages the knob on the lever arm. The bolt G may be operated directly by a key instead of by a handle.
