282,380. Candellero, A. Dec. 18, 1926, [Convention date]. Spoke-covering discs of the kind formed of a main disc 8<1> bearing against the wheel felloe and a flange 6 which bears against the wheel hub and a smaller central disc 13, have the main disc secured wholly or mainly by means of end pressure obtained by securing the central disc to the hub. The inner flange 17 of the main disc is provided with apertures 18, some or all of these apertures being larger than the wheel securing nuts 5, and the central disc 13 is loosely mounted) on an externally screwed sleeve nut 15 adapted to scrow on to a bolt 14 secured to the wheel hub.
