Abstract

Detachable rims, attachment to wheels.-The wheel disc a is flanged at its outer edge band the two parts d, e of the rim are supported on the flange abutment c, the rear part d being formed with a flange f. The half-rim d also bears on the outer edge of the wheel disc a and the half-rim e fits on the surface c and is hollowed out to surround the part d. Bolts g and h are immovably secured in the wheel disc a and into the flange f of the halfrim d, respectively, so that the halves of the rim are connected to each other and with the wheel disc a, and maintained thereon by nuts g<1>, g<2> and h<2>, h<3>, screwed on to the bolts g and h, respectively. The bolts g are provided with shoulders which fit into recesses in the outer surface of the wheel disc a, and holes h<1> in the wheel disc a, between the bolts g, accommodate the nuts h<3> of the bolts h.
